"So Why" features Youssou N'Dour, Papa Wemba and four other popular musicians in a benefit CD for the International Committee for the Red Cross. Simply put, this CD is a bit better than some of the other benefit recordings we have seen over the last decade. While that's not saying much, if it introduces you to a continent of incredibly diverse music, then it's worth the money."
