Green | Tennessee, US | 12/22/2005 (5 out of 5 stars) "this album has stuck with me since i got it a couple months ago.. it's just about perfect. it is full of traditionally played and treated piano that is sometimes distorted, sometimes out of tune, sometimes muffled. Subtle electronics are added along with simple but lively percussion usually some form of tapping or rapping than actual drums, yet the album is still predominantly piano.. There are layers of repetition that at times phase out of tune making it similar to Steve Reich's 'Music for 18 Musicians' though there is a more moving structure and less reliance on phasing.. truly truly beautiful..
