After over six years without releasing anything new (Mulher Na Montanha was released in 1999) and several shows supporting Focus and Camel in Brazil, Violeta De Outono went into the studio in early 2005 to mix these 13 tracks. Their new record features drummer Gregor Izidro, who replaced co-founder Claudio Souza between 2000-2003. Claudio was back in 2004 and is writing new stuff with Fabio Golfetti (guitar, vocals) and Angelo Pastorello (bass). They?re once again accompanied by Fabio Ribeiro on keyboards plus two guest musicians: female singer Naide Patapas and percussionist João Parahyba (who guested on records by the likes of Dizzie Gillespie and Al Dimeola, among others). Seventies Prog-Rock with just a little touch of Psychedelia. There are three instrumental tracks, 'Línguas De Gato Em Gelatina' (a tribute to King Crimson?s Larks Tongues In Aspic), 'Supernova' and 'Dança'.
