"Listening to each and every track at any time of the day or night takes you off to Italy. If you know Italy, then you'll know what I mean, but if you've never been there then listening to Micheal's music will make you want to go and explore. If you need to relax then get hold of this CD and you will float away!
BRILLIANT!"

"I have been getting comfortable with the VILLA CD for a few weeks now, so know that after listening to the CD over one dozen times, I have a good "feel" for the tunes and vocals.
CASTALDO's voice on all of the tracks is very very strong.....operatic! This could be a soundtrack from a performance at Carnegie Hall.
I especially like O So La Mio, since the song was constantly played at my grandparents home, and reminds me of very fond memories of my grandparents.
Castaldo's rendition is precisely where it should be....traditional, yet
unique.
The CD is an adventure of songs that are quite recognizable, as well as those that you know you may have heard once or twice at an Uncle's party, or at a typical Italian Wedding.....BUT, there is nothing typical of the VILLA collection.....BRAVO CASTALDO!"

"I LOVE This record! Every single track.. it's great "hang out" music. I crank it at home and also love it for background dinner music! Bravo Castaldo on a beautiful record! It puts me in a great mood and is one of my favorite CDs!"

"It's going to sound like I'm making it up, but I HONESTLY like Castaldo's version of "Core 'Ngrato" better than Andrea Bocelli's version. There is nothing like driving in the summer, with the windows (or sun roof) open listening (really loud) to Villa. Ahhhh!"
Beautiful Italian music

"This CD has the most beautiful Italian music and makes me want to go back to that romantic Italy again. Micheal has a great baritone voice that you can listen to all day and a wonderful selection of songs. Try a romantic holiday in Italy with Micheal's Villa CD and you will see what I mean. His Villa in Italy is just like the cover of this CD....a wonderful experience.
