"I've bought this new album after have seen the last Vieux concert at Loulé (Portugal)... Is the second time i've see Vieux on concert...and i tell you that this new album is a fair reproduction of Vieux at the stage...

The first track of the album (Fafa) is absolutely stunning, when you focus on the Vieux guitar you can travel inside the genuine african music...the only thing you think is in dance, at the Vieux's guitar rhythm.

Its an fantastic album, probably the best version of the genuine art of Vieux Farka Touré produce music, if you want to be inside a Vieux Farka concert please buy this album and listening it high, very high, listening all the instruments and the rhythms!

The track "Na Maïmouna Poussaniamba" is magic, it remembers me the Ali Farka Touré first album...

The track "Maïga" is also magnificent...as others tracks...some Ali Farka Old sounds, explored in new ways for example.

You know, every track is a discover...to be listen high, a mixed between the old and new african music and the modern rhythms..

Vieux Farka have a gift...in his hands...and the musicians that accompany him also :)
