"I'm telling all my friends that this CD is finally available on Amazon.com! Victor is one of the most talented and smoothest singers on the scene today. His style and interpretation are real soulful -- a cross between Al Jarreau and AAron Neville if you can feel that. My wife's favorite is "Promise" the title cut. She wears it out. Victor and Eric Marienthal (I'm a huge Marienthal fan) tear it up on "Black Orpheus". And the funky Latin version of "Nature Boy" has changed that standard forever as far as I'm concerned. I'm also a huge Kashif fan (where have you been?)He's produced other singers (Al Jarreau, George Benson, Whitney Houston). This ranks up there with his best work."
