CD Reviews

Out of Words.
Marty Henrich | Kansas City, MO | 09/16/2004
(5 out of 5 stars)

"I've listened to this CD for hours and hours now. Every day when I wake up, (and I usually do) I get my portable CD player out, put on some headphones, and pop in my new favorite. Out of Love is alone. By itself. Cross-Genred. Country, contemporary. Unique. The songs stand out. Each one is a short story. Taking the listener vivdly into it's tale, making us a part of each and every lyric.

From the drinking song "Cause of You", to the Lurman Like "Old Folks", Out of Love arouses your ears. And your mind. Join that with songs like Couple of The Year, Out of Love, and Out of My Heart. YOUR heart soon follows. Are you tired, tired, tired of the same same same songs? Then pick up this. The LATEST in the offerings of one Mr. Langdon. And in the humble opinion of this Reviewer, THE BEST."
CD not big enough....

"to hold all the emotion Mr. Langdon is trying to emote. when you unwrap this CD and pop it in to your player, make sure you have a few things handy. Your scrapbook, your telephone and some tissue. I guarantee as soon as your done listening to "Old Folks", "Of mice and men" and "Carnival of Souls" just to name a few,you will be thinking of all the good and bad times, and the moments that could have been. So reflect, cry and call those friends you should have kept in touch with. Do yourself a favor and buy this CD. You won't regret it."
