SYNOPSIS: The Hornet s Nest Original Motion Picture Soundtack Album is a compilation of songs from and inspired by the critically acclaimed film The Hornet s Nest. The lead single Follow Me is the collaboration of five time Grammy Award Winner Wynonna Judd and her husband/producer Cactus Moser. The soundtrack also includes American Music Award Winner, Kid Rock and his salute to our man and women who serve the US Armed Forces Let s Ride. Grammy Award Winner and rock n roll icon Stevie Nicks has contributed her song Soldier s Angel. Hold The Line is the new single from former Army Ranger, Keni Thomas who served in the battle of Mogadishu in Somalia which was later immortalized n the book and movie Black Hawk Down. Also included is The Ones I Stand Beside by former Navy Seal, Pete Scobell who was a member of Seal Team Six, and participated in the mission to save captain Phillips from Somali Pirates. Mycle Wastman emerged as a frontrunner on season 3 of NBC s The Voice, His song 40 Days and 40 Nights in Babylon recounts his days in Iraq as a private in the US Army. The soundtrack also includes songs from The Hornet s Nest film composer Mike Trella and his band Politicks, including the soundtracks follow up single Chariots which is the name given to the medi-vac helicopters by the soldiers in the film, and dedicated to the Gold Star families of the fallen soldiers from the film.
