A CLASSIC "NEW AGE" COMPILATION ALBUM

"Private Music began coming into its own in the period from 1986-1987, which is represented by this album. Its signature artist was Yanni (represented by two tracks: "After the Sunrise," and "Sand Dance"), but Patrick O'Hearn began reaching his full stature at this time, as well. (O'Hearn also has two tracks: "Forever the Optimist," and "Gentle Was the Night.")

Other artists are Jerry Goodman, Carlos Alomar, Eddie Jobson and Azuma.

This is still a very listenable compilation from the early days of "New Age.""
