On the Groove
G. Moore | Burnie, Tasmania Australia | 09/29/2007
(4 out of 5 stars)

"Compilation albums are not my favourite ways of buying music. I took a chance with this album for the hell of it as I did not know too many of the artists or tracks. What a joy it is. Beautifully recorded and smooth as silk. I now have music by some of the individuals on this album and am so greatful that I did take the chance. Give it a go yourself."
5-star collection

(5 out of 5 stars)

"Great Jazz artists covering popular tunes from a variety of genres, all recorded and mastered in spectacular fidelity; what's not to like? I'm not going to discount a 5-star collection of songs a full star just because it's a "compilation album"; the whole thing sounds spectacular to my ears. It's definitely a great introduction to a wide variety of artists, and a fun reference collection for any audiophile."
