Some Pleasant Surprises

"I was surprised that there is actually some real talent on this CD and some rather inspired songs. Others on it are just plain fun, while a few in my opinion just didn't deserve to be recorded at all. Three songs on here that have true quality and some real meat to them are "Hero," "Got To Believe," and "What You Mean To Me," sung by a surprisingly good Sterling Knight, who has way more talent than anyone gives him credit for. He's actually the saving grace on this CD. And "Something About the Sunshine" is pretty catchy. I would probably suggest this for any fans of other Disney stars (Selena Gomez, Jonas Brothers, etc.) but also for those of you who like to catch some fun pop tunes. I would give this 3 and 1/2 stars because, despite some redeeming tracks, most of this CD is nothing special."
