"Excellent CD! It gets you moving as soon as you plug in your headphones. I walk for 60 minutes listening to this CD, and I don't even realize how long it's been. The music arrangement includes warmup and cool down songs too!"

"I teach an Advance Cardio Karate Class and this really spiced things up. I have gotten good reviews on the energy and how quickly the class went past. Some of the songs are too disco for me but the others make up for it. It brings back good memories. The inside cover lets you know how long the song is and how many beats per minute."
