"This is one of the best CD compilations out there, only beat by Contaminated (Relapse records) and Uncorrupted Steel (Metal Blade). I will now go right into the sonsas I have a limited writing space...



Disc 1

1. Duality - Slipknot - I really like this song. One of the best from thier best album. 5/5

2. Right Now - Korn - Don't like their new album much, but I guess this is one of the better ones. 4/5

3. Rose of Sharyn - Killswitch Engage - Great metalcore band. I really like this song. 5/5

4. Kick the Chair - Megadeth - Dave Mustaine rules! 5/5

5. Right Side of the Bed - Atreyu - I liked their first album, but the new one sucks! 0/5

6. Step Up - Drowning Pool - Not the same without Dave.... 2/5

7. Weak and Powerless - A Perfect Circle - Too mellow, should of had "Judith". 3/5

8. What Drives the Weak - Shadows Fall - AWESOME! SF dominates! 5/5

9. Imperium - Machine Head - Best song from their new album, but like I said...WHY the edited version? 4/5

10. Waiting for the Turning Point - Superjoint Ritual - Phil Anselmo is my hero. 5/5

11. Into the Darkness - Kittie -Okay band. Morgan's hot though. 4/5

12. Your Sweet 666 - Him - Too soft for this type of compilation. 3/5

13. Unholy Confessions - Avenged Sevenfold - This is possibly the only good song from their new album (first one rocks, though). 4/5

14. Laid to Rest - Lamb of God - The uncensored rules, but this version sucks. 0/5

15. Prophecy - Soulfly - Best song from the new album. 5/5

16. House of Doom - Black Label Society - Good song, but not the right sogn to be on this compilation. 4/5

17. Breathing New Life - Damageplan - Awesome band. R.I.P. Dimebag Darrell :'(

18. Quiet Place - In Flames - I'm so sick and tired of all their old fans saying "they sold out". 4/5

19. Archetype - Fear Factory - One of their best songs in general. 5/5

1. Medusa and Hemlock - Cradle of Filth - Great band. Dani's voice can be annoying though. 5/5

2. Great Dividers - Unearth - Great band. Tey're better live. 5/5

3. Antihero - God Forbid - Possibly the best metalcore band. 5/5

4. We Bury Our Dead at Dawn - The Agony Scene - Good song. 4/5

5. Needled 24/7 - Children of Bodom - Alexi Kaiho rules! Best song on collection! 5/5

6. Love Lost in a Hale of Gunfire - Bleeding Through - Decent track. 3/5

7. Like Light to the Flies [Demo] - Trivium - The best new band, IMHO. Hard to believe their singer is only 18! 5/5

8. Fuel for Hatred - Satyricon - Great black metal! 5/5

9. Rain to the Sound of Panic - Himsa - More great metalcore. 5/5

10. Deadly Sinners - 3 Inches of Blood - I lve the line "Enemies of metal, your death is our reward." Why doesn't anyone like this band? 4/5

"This is a great two disc set! There is a great selection of artists both well known and some up and coming artists. What I enjoy most about this disc is that there are several different genres of metal music on this. This disc has the possibility of introducing some realy great established bands to a new fan base."
