"The best oldies station in the nation, WCBS-FM, constantly puts out great collections that combine well known hits with obscure songs. They don't just focus on the same tired old songs that appear on every 60's compilation and this set is no different. You get familiar number one hits like "Monday, Monday" by the Mamas & The Papas & "The Letter" by the Box Tops and ones like the goofy "Judy In Disguise" by John Fred & His Playboy Band (yes it did hit #1 in 1968). But what makes the album stand out is that you get songs that almost impossible to find elsewhere. "Til" by The Angels, "The Gypsy Cried" by Lou Christie, "Gimme A Little sign" by Breton Wood & "I Do" by the Marvelows are among them. Great station, great cd."
