"don't file this under Techno/Rave... it's pure, perfect ambient electronica stuffed with ultra-rare items. excellent tracks from Solar Quest, Moby, Terre Thaemlitz, Ken Ishii, Geir Jenssen (aka Biosphere), Air (aka Pete Namlook) and much more on a double album. all of them come with a deep, slow groove and a "European chill-out feeling". Catch this for the best hours after midnight. And buy the whole series (though things are getting faster with vol.3). Recommended!"
