I mention this because it underscores the song writing talents of Ricky Nelson, so overlooked in his wonderful and extensive musical career. I am absolutely thrilled with this CD. The musicianship of each group's performance is excellent and the renditions of each song brings a freshness to the spirit of Rick's legacy. The engineering is great and arrangements are special. Many kudos to Planting Seeds Records and those associated with this entire project for making this concept a reality. To say that some of the proceeds of each CD goes to cancer is heartwarming!
