The title is missleading."Baby Don't Change Your Mind" by Gladys Knight & The Pips and "This Is It" by Melba Moore are the single versions.The other tracks are the extended versions and make for a great collection. Best cut on this compilation is "Loving You-Losing You " by the late Phyllis Hyman. The woman had a voice on her! Check out her other releases you wont be dissapointed."
