Luke Wilson aka Utah Jazz is one of the original liquid funksters. Following his early interest in the music and susequent string of releases on Good Looking, Hospital, and his own Fallen Angels imprint he finds a home on Bryan G's V Recordings for their second artist album (follwing in the big footprints of Roni Size). Over 12 tracks and a few lovingly crafted interludes, Utah Jazz shows why drum & bass and funk make such good partners. The soulful and uplifting `Feeling Inside' sets the tone, with `Back In Time' (currently making waves at 1Xtra and Kiss) leaves no doubt this album has summer written all over it.
