"It's a great concept, really: Get three singer/songwriters together and have them pass the mic, instruments and drum sticks around as they play in their three unique styles. The result? A nice blast of holiday cheer that'll leave you wanting a full album instead of just four songs. Former Presidents of the United States' frontman Chris Ballew opens the disc with the very presidential "Cloudy Cloud" which he builds to a massive rock heart attack before handing the microphone to Gavin Guss of Tube Top fame for the second track. "Every Other December" is good song and a great warm up to the real gem of this disc -- Phil Hurley's Christmas inspired, Elvis Costello infused letter to his mom. Simply charming, even to the most cynical of holiday revelers. Guss closes the brief set with another trip down abbey road that'll leave you reaching for the repeat button."
