CD Reviews

Exquisite!

"Triniti's album is quite simply exquisite, taking well known songs such as "In a Lifetime" and "Kiss From a Rose", they give a new harmonious rendition of some the best loved songs out there, as well as their own take on some Celtic melodies that are pure candy for the ears.

I took a chance buying this album as I knew I would like a couple of the songs but would I like them all?

Well I do like them all, and I would recommend this trio of gifted singers with voices like bells sliding across ice to anyone who likes something that is familiar yet so very different from mainstream music."
Simply stunning.

"I can't wait for this gorgeous album to become more accessable to listeners in the U.S. Comparisons to Enya, Clannad, and possibly Secret Garden are inevitable, but these ladies do have a style all their own. Their version of Secret Garden's Nocturne is a bit faster with more orchestral accompaniment and feels like a different song altogether. Fans of "Inama Nushif" from the Children of Dune soundtrack will almost certainly love Triniti's version of Lisa Gerrard's "Now We Are Free" (from "Gladiator"), which, like "Inama Nushif", also consists of gorgeously sung lyrics written entirely in a made-up language. My favorite tracks on the CD are the classically Celtic track "Glen of Imaal" and the African-tinged "Voices" which show off Triniti's amazing harmonies. If you get a chance to purchase this CD, run don't walk. It's one of the best Celtic CDs I've had the pleasure of listening to in a very long time."
