Founded by singer/songwriters J. Scott Howard and Emmett DeGuvera, Tempe Arizona`s Tramps & Thieves has the two troubadours trading spirited Southwestern melodies and sing-a-long choruses. With six comfortably and confidently rendered tracks, Mill Avenue Cowboys introduces us to their sun bleached brand of alt country, something you might not expect from four Midwestern transplants to the desert. Additional harmonies from bass player Andy Jensen round out the lineup, along with drummer Ryan Ferguson and a few guests contributing breezy mandolin, accordion and pedal steel work.
