This is the debut Trailer Park Rangers CD, highlighting their Americana-flavored traveling music, aka Road Music for the Mind, that the band is so well known for. Frontman David T. Carter demonstrates his songwriting prowess and deep, lush vocals and Chet Atkins style guitar picking, all of which is masterfully accompanied by pedal steel, violin, drums and upright bass. The radio-popular Naples, Eileen and Someday are effectively complemented by more bizarre numbers such as Drag Queen and Who'll Put the Garbage Out Today.

"I saw these guys at the Alameda County Fair by accident and was very impressed. I am a Country-Western fan but I'm a little tired of most current C/W music because it all sounds so much like pop music. These guys are different. I guess if you are a purist you won't like them, but if you are open then try them out. Their founder is from Australia and they have a mixed sound, hillbilly, country-western, and even sort of an Irish folk song influence. This is their only album right now and the music is all their own."
