"This is typical of the radio shows in which Nelson usually appeared (except that the commercials have, sadly, been edited out - but at least they added another song to make up for that). Nelson sings a robust rendition of "Valencia" and several duets with Ann Jamison. Not to mention his amusing "Ratcatcher", with him holding a note at the end for an impressive 18 seconds. Ann Jamison sings "Over the Rainbow" very sweetly. Altogether this is a charming musical experience. If only they would release more of Nelson's radio shows to CD!Definitely a must-have for Nelson Eddy fans, fans of old-time radio, or lovers of timeless good music."
