"Bluestreak was a 1996 studio album with dedicated personnel including Joe Sample, whose work I loved with the Crusaders. To my surprise, Bluestreak is mundane. Scott plays relatively well, but most of this seems to be formulaic smooth jazz. It's ok, but not really exciting.His Smokin' Section album is much better, as are the Tom Scott and the LA Express albums from the Mid-70's"
