CD Reviews

The best band ever
Andy Chase | morrisville | 09/10/2003
(5 out of 5 stars)

"the stryder is probobly one of the best bands ever formed in history. first of all, the drummer is the most creative and technical drummer i have ever heard. that goes for scottie as well but duraja is better. the lyrics are catchy and creative, pete and scottie is the best pair of musicians you could ever put together. then the guitar parts are just flowing with awesome. the bass lines aren't the most technical but they also flow perfectly. if you buy this album, you won't regret it. even if you're a hardcore black metal fan. if you're expecting the old stryder, this isn't for you. just buy it now! go ahead. i'll stay here until you buy it... go!go!"
No Idea
Holk Diggity | Pittsburgh | 01/27/2006
(5 out of 5 stars)

"You people have no idea what you are talking about. The Stryder was a very influential band, even though not many have heard of them. Bands like Taking Back Sunday, and Brand New would likely not exist if it wasn't for the Stryder. The reason that this cd sounds different is because their drummer is the guitar player/singer and they have a different drummer. (Who is incredible.)"
Jungle City Experience
Matthew Sell | Latrobe, PA United States | 07/23/2002
(4 out of 5 stars)

"What an intresting CD, from the first track this cd grabs you and does not let you go until the end. Each song is good and The Stryder as a band seems to have improved over their last effort, even with the memember changes. The music seems tighter and the lyrics seem to fit perfectly with the music. A very good album, only four stars though because while it is a great cd, it really had nothing new to offer. But if you are a fan of The Styrder i doubt this album will disappoint."
