"The No-No's second album continues the trend they started on their debut "Secret Luminaries" of writing insanely catchy pop punk songs with guitar hooks galore and great sing-along lyrics. Highly recommended for fans of the Fastbacks, Tiger Trap, Bangs, Sleater-Kinney, etc. The band also includes Ralf Youtz from the bands Built to Spill, Halo Benders and the Feelings."

"This CD was probably my favorite from 2000. If it were an LP, side one would rank among best all-time for consistency and catchiness. They combine the pop sensibility of the Fastbacks with the hard edges of Sleater Kinney and Team Dresch, and their lyrics (like SK's) are political without banging you over the head."
