"Having been part of the first mod revival of the late 70's-early 80's, I remember going to do's in southern california and fruggin' to Secret Affair and the like til the wee hours of the morn(roughly in my mid thirties...so much for "hope I die before I get old").
The Moment - What can be said...soul, groove, BRASS! The guys are what the Jam could /should have become.
If you are from SoCal, and remember back in the early 80's, there was a band from Clairmont, The Targets, which sound similar to The Moment...for the exception of the singer. The Moment has a male singer, and the Targets had Nicky Hart (more pleasent to look at than the blokes).
A must have for your next shindig.
