Definitely more influence from Big Star, Teenage Fanclub, Spoon, and earlier Wilco - actually, on this LP, they might be taking tips from some of the more experimental Wilco stuff, ala "Yankee Hotel Foxtrot". Either way, this is a great record for fans of the aforementioned bands. I liked their first record a lot and while this one seemed a bit blander on the first listen through, it was improved vastly by 4-5 listens all the way through. I am eagerly anticipating seeing them open up for A.C. Newman this spring. GREAT ALBUM!!!!!!!!!!!" Great new find!
