Gushingly romantic

"These are a pair of glowingly romantic string serenades, and beautifully played and recorded. The price is unbeatable! The Tchaik is a good to excellent performance, satisfying and in great sound. The elegy and finale, in particular are wonderful to be carried away by.The Dvorak, on the other hand, is simply amazing. This recording of this piece put me in a state of wonder for almost a week, walking around dazed and in love. The playing is warm, rich, gentle and powerful, and gives the right earthy feeling to the piece. The waltz second movement, brings a beatific smile to my face, even now.I cannot commend this CD highly enough."
