"My Winter Storm is nothing more than a vocal extravaganza. There is no musical creativity whatsoever. The songwriting is average at best. I never thought of Tarja as anything special as a singer. In Nightwish her vocal screw ups were covered up by the music, but here all of her limitation are right in the open. This is just another uninspiring album among the many and with its release Tarja became a pop singer who keeps making awful covers. Smell Like Teen Spirit was bad enough, but she also had to do Poison.



I hope MWS is just an experimentation and Tarja's next album will be a more solid work."
