Disappointed

"I had no intentions of purchasing this CD but after reading all of the reviews, I caved. I prefer this one over her Chapter 3 release but not by much. Syleena comes off as childish and immature and with a name like Labor Pains, I was expecting something strong & deep instead, you get tracks like Maury Povich, Shoo Fly and Is It Because Im Black, to name a few.... Huh, WTF?

I am glad that Syleena has branched off into her own label to do her thing but if this release is why she chose that route, then I can understand the split with her former label. I am sure she will capture legions of new / younger fans but IMO, she totally neglected the people who came to love her from her Chapter 1 & 2 releases. I gave an extra star because, well - she is Syleena & I don't want to say I don't like it but if I had it to do over again - I'd definitely pass on this purchase."
