Synopsis

Album Description
Traditional American and Celtic music on hammered dulcimer and guitar. Toe-tapping, emotion-filled music -- this album is what repeat buttons are made for. These Chicagoans have earned their reputation as accomplished acoustic musicians. Phil's dulcimer drives the fast tunes and gently carries the slow tunes. Tom's percussive guitar provides strong rhythm. Their duet playing is a delight. This is the CD their fans have been asking for.

"I was sitting in my Ophthalmologist's office, waiting to be told about my cataract surgery, and they were playing this CD. I found it wonderfully relaxing and stress relieving! I had to ask what they were playing so I could buy it for myself!"

"Funny and Fun!!
I read about Phil Passen in a hilarious article in Dulcimer Player News a few years ago. I clipped and saved the article because he said that he had a compulsion to play and I wondered then if he would ever go anywhere with his music. How pleased I was to see he had a CD available from Amazon, which I ordered! The CD is fun, has bounce, feeling and good energy. A good buy! -- Bonnie Gordon"
