"I bought the CD after seeing them live and every song feels like an instant classic. If you like southern-blues-rock, you're going to love this band. The whiskey-tinged vocals are deep and powerful; the guitars precise and passionate; the keys soulful and spunky; and the bass and drums keep it all stompin' along. The songs range from boisterous party anthems to anguished power ballads. All in all, this is the best southern rock music to come out in a long time. 3 cheers!"

"Ah, this album takes me back to driving down the freeway with the windows down in the summer, rocking out to the classic rock hits on the radio. Swampdawamp does the southern rock sound justice - this shouldn't be a surprise since they've got all the right instruments (, and a lead singer with the perfect voice for the job. Of course I'm referring to Gig Michaels and his set of booming yet gravelley pipes. Keep up the good work boys!"

"A truly rocking CD by band Swampdawamp! I don't have a clue what their name means, but with music like this it doesn't even matter. Their southern rock sound is awesome, especially Birthday and The River. The lead singer's voice is reminiscent of Marshall Tucker's Doug Gray and the guitar pays great homage to The Allman Brothers. This album will surely make you long for summer road trips, BBQ and southern hospitality, no matter where you live. A++"

"This was like finding a treasure. In country music they ask where have all the heros gone and who will take their place. Same with Southern Rock. Who will carry the torch?? This band will
