Meditation albums seem to be coming out of the woodwork these days as our lives only get more stressful and fast-paced by the year. On one hand, there is more to choose from than ever while on the other hand, where does one begin? Let us suggest Suzanne Doucet and Chuck Plaisance's delightful album, "Zen Garden" from their Tranquility Series. This atmospheric, new age environmental album blends relaxing nature sounds one would find in a garden, such as trickling streams and bird calls, mixed with soft and carefully selected music, minimal and sparse so that the meditation is guided more by your own process and needs that pushed along by an external force. Of the hundreds to choose from, this disc is a great choice for your peace of mind."

"I really love "Zen Garden" because it is a great CD for Yoga, massage or meditation.

It is also a great CD to go to sleep with!

My 11 year old son, is using it for years to fall asleep with.

It's his favorite new age CD.

Highly Recommended."
