Her pop music sensibilities merge with clever wordplay to create songs that people "get," songs that entertain in their humor, candor, and emotion. Melody is partnered with clarity in Greenbaums tunes, and her voice sings the stories with genuine energy and power. She uses intensity, strength, and sometimes volume to tell her truths, in styles ranging from infectious pop/rock and sexy funk to swing jazz and folk with a country tinge.
