"The greatest night of my life was spent in the mosh at a Superjesus gig. The power and brilliance that encompasses this fine band is truly awesome. The excitement that is generated by these talented musicians is electrifying.Every song on their debut album Sumo is a quality song, for that matter, every song they've ever produced is nothing short of outstanding. Chris Tennant (lead guitar) has an amazing song writing ability, with incredibly well layered guitar riffs. Paul Berryman (drums) keeps the awesome sound thundering along, and Stuart Rudd (bass guitar) brings an inspiring mood to each song. It's lyrical genius Sarah McLeod (vocals, rythm guitar)that tops off this astonishing band, her awesome "rocking" ability is complemented with a heartfelt presence in every song.If you have never seen the band play live, i thoroughly recommend Sumo 2. This CD set is not only comprised of their spectacular debut album, but also a live video enhanced bonus disc that shows exactly what the band is made of.
