"I love this CD! I often put it in my personal CD player and take it to the coffee shop to help me as I study French. The music is relaxing but not sleep-inducing. Steven Halpern composes great music."
All Halpern music is the same (forwards or backwards)

"Am I the only one, or does all of Steve Halpern's music sound the same? Of course, he would say that my unconscious mind is interpreting this stuff differently. I'm not a "play it backwards" person, but due to a tape player malfunction the darn think played backward and you know what? It sounded the same. Now think what that would do to your subconscious mind! His music is soothing and great for background (either forwards or backwards). Better than elevator music for waiting rooms."
