CD ReviewsFair interesting for the complicated music scene of Bristol. 04/22/1999 (3 out of 5 stars) "First of all I would like you to Know that Partishead and Tricky have influenced my taste for music a lot.I believe that Statik S.S. have a fair smooth sound which balances between light techno and melodic trip-hop.I adore the mixes in Essential Times ( two tracks in the E.P.)The disc can be, without doubts, a good start for someone to take Bristol music, aka trip-hop VERY seriously."
