Loveless Fascination was produced by longtime Foreigner bassist Jeff Pilson, who also was a member of Dio and Dokken. Pilson was the main songwriter on the new Starship album, and helped contribute a harder edge to the band's sound. Frontman Mickey Thomas says ''It's been a long time coming. Member CD Reviews David P. Reviewed on 10/18/2018... 2013 album by Starship (featuring Mickey Thomas). 1st Starship album since 1989. Rockier than earlier albums with more emphasis on guitars than keyboards. Thomas is in good voice and the material (all written by Jeff Pilsen of Foreigner) is solid.
