"Sweet" is an expansive musical adventure of epic scope. Stylistically, every genre is covered from Jazz (straight ahead, Miles Davis of the late 50's-early 60's, and fusion, similar to Pat Metheny), Classical (orchestral and chamber, i.e. Prokofiev, Ravel), to Rock (i.e. Genesis, Yes, Pink Floyd). The music on the CD is entirely instrumental and the tracks are essentially sonic illustrations, fleshing out the conceptual story of "Sweet". The story of "Sweet" follows the Jurassic adventure of a juvenile predatory dinosaur who is orphaned in a catastrophic event. The unfolding saga guides the listener through many twists and turns as "Sweet" learns to conquer the challenges of Mesozoic life. The CD was recorded using the most current digital technology and is sure to give even the highest fidelity system a serious workout.
