"Not only is this the best spice single in the history of the world, it is also the best Spice song of all time. It's just incredible. I find it ironic that for the highest musical scores that it got from critics, it only reached #2 in the UK charts and #16 in the US. In the UK, it was behind Run DMC's "It's Like That" and that's a crying shame!

SONGS:



STOP [Radio Edit] - [A+] - This song is truly incredible. The beat and the pop high that you get when listening to it is pure joy. The vocals are spot on [especially Melanie C with her hook right before the chorus]. Melanie C seems to lead the song and she pulls it off with perfection.



STOP [Morales Mix] - [A] - This remix is a lot of beat and rhythm in the beginning that leads to the regular song with a different background to it. the new background is airy and lite and is a great new sound for "Stop." Have to say though, it is a hassle Fast forwarding the song to the vocals... there's no point for the beginning and afterwards. It should be more of a Morales Alternate Take.



STOP [Stretch n' Vern's Rock n' Roll Mix] - [B+] - No melody included in the song but it is cool when Melanie C comes in with the key line REMIX STYLE. It fits in great and it's so danceable. They also start around the 5 minute point to go in an echoing "STOP..." it's pretty cool.



STOP [Morales Dub] - [B-] - There is no vocals to this piece, so an A is long lost and I was thinking of giving it the C. But around the 30 second point, it goes into a series of alternative-sounding pitches that have a mysterious vibrato to it. Even though it lasts only 40 seconds, it makes the remix worthy of a B. Imagine that.



SO THIS SINGLE IS A MUST!

It's four songs and a half hour long. gotta love it."

"This Single Is Good All Around, Track 2 Is Remixed Real Good And Track 3 Has An Electronica? Feel To It And Towards The Middle When All They Say Is Stop Is The Best Part Of The Song, Track 4 Has A Dope Piano Start Which I Totally Dig.Two Words: Buy It"
