CD ReviewsYes, this is the CD with the "Ameriprise" Music on it Best Ears in Town | Midwest USA | 01/04/2007 (5 out of 5 stars) "Once again a billion dollar corporation has coopted some important music from the late 60's and early 70's to chop up and use as background music for a 30 second commercial aimed at us citizens who are just starting our 60's. Go to the source...this CD...and hear it as you loved it. If you happen to be a postwar baby boomer this album's recording of Gimme Some Lovin, the title track, will take you back to what I remember as a great time. Note: The Spencer Davis Group takes the song slower and more laid back on this "Live" recording. You may prefer the original release which is available on another CD if you want the "pure thing" you heard on the radio. Unfortunately the technical quality of the master tapes isn't as good as are many of other contemporary recordings."
