"A great album for any sax player, or lover of sax music. Singelee was one of the original composers for saxophone. In fact some of these pieces were originally published by Adolf Sax the inventor of the saxophone. These pieces fall between the Romantic and Classical styles, and are performed beautifully. There are pieces written for and played on all four main types of saxophone. I highly recommend this for any sax musician interested in developing a "classical" sound."
