I use this CD to walk to while walking on my treadmill. The songs are fun, and the tempo makes for a brisk energetic workout.The CD is great quality. Sound is crisp, and the performance by the Eastman Wind Ensemble is superb. The only complaint I have is that I wished they had "Hands Across the Sea" as one of songs on this CD. Otherwise, this is a great CD for patriotic songs, or to work out with."
