The Sounds Of Monsterism Island is a compilation album that works as a soundtrack to the world of Monsterism, created by the Welsh born, London based artist Pete Fowler. The album features lounge music from the '50s and psychedelic music from the '60s, much of it unearthed and put to CD for the first time. Pete dreamt up the World Of Monsterism sometime between his birth in Cardiff in 1969 and the time the first set of Monsterism toys were released in the autumn of 2001.
