"As someone who has seen this new revival of The Sound of Music, I think this CD is fantastic. Connie Fisher is amazing and she has a great supporting cast around her. The musical itself is not a stage version of the well-loved movie, but a new version of the original stage production and so not all the songs are as well known.

I'd say, buy this CD if your a fan of The Sound of Music, but be aware that to fully understand it, you need to come to London and see the musical!"
