"Danny Bedrosian's SOULAR SYSTEM

"ALL THE WAY OUT, ALL THE WAY IN"

(c) 2006

We've never heard or experienced anything quite like The Soular System before. This musical Voo-Doo is truly un-classifiably funky. I just don't know what to call it, and its best not to call it anything just feel it and groove on it. Since soooo much of is to be felt and enjoyed and it hits you in the funky bone pretty quickly.

P-Funk All-Star Danny Bedrosian hooks up w/ Mike's hard -rocking metallic geetar, Jes on skins, Roth on trombone, Diz on trumpet and Ral on throbasonic bass. Funkadelican Cordell "Boogie" Mosson adds the Plainfield stroke to "R/U Receiving Me". You are in for a truly unlimited voyage thru their own ultra rhythmic , gut-bucket , Bayou- influenced , philosophical universe.

Upon first inspection, the most overwhelming aspect of it is these just crazoid lead vocals. What can best be described a cross betwixt Nairobi Sailcat ("Disco Monster" of Space Cadet fame), 1 part Tom Jones, the Gospel according to lead-vocalist Rev. Desmond D'Angelo is all parts just pure soul. "Hot Sauce" hits me like a Dr. John/New Orleans Mandrill-Meters gumbo but with more edge on it if you can get to that."
