"I happened to be at the S.F. Pride Parade wandering the booths with friends when I heard a piano being mercilessly guided into beauty. I stopped shopping, transfixed by a human virtuoso: Skott Freedman. He is fantastic. I was able to hear him perform just two complete songs: "Walking in Memphis" (a cover that he will release on his new album) and "In November." I am a huge fan of Tori and I play piano myself (although not nearly as well as Skott) so I do know talent from talk; this man is so gifted with his ability to play. I was able to meet him after the show (I was quite star-struck) and I bought both cds and an ep with four songs on it... They are worth every dollar I spent and then so much more. He is able to capture emotion in ways I could not believe. His voice is so raw and his music forces you to feel his moods. His talent goes far beyond the norm and makes you face yourself and him on a journey into love/desire/despair/humanity. Thank you Skott, you are beautiful."
