"This is Shaila's 4th album and now she's really following in her mother's footsteps. I really enjoyed these classic songs by "Joan Sabastian, El Buki, Los Temerarios, and Vicente Fernandez" sung by Shaila, she's off to a great start in singing rancheras. There has been a big music production improvement from her renditions of "volver volver, de que manera te olvido, and si nos dejan"
This is a must buy, for mariachi and pop fans, she really has it in her.
" Dos Coronas para mi madre" is a song dedicated to her mom the late, great,"Rocio Durcal, it was very touching.
My only dissapointment is that it only had 10 songs and each are only about 3 minutes long.

"This is a beautiful tribute to Shaila Durcal's late mother the singer Rocio Durcal. Ms Durcal has her own style but she sounds a lot like her mother. Shaila does a splendid rendition of "En Mi Viejo San Juan" as well as her tribute "Dos Coronas a Mi Madre." I love this CD and have it on my MP3 player! This is a great addition to anyone's music collection...Spanish or otherwise. I give it an A++++++++ for sound and content!"

"I am a fan of Shaila Durcal. This is the second album of hers that I have purchased and will surely buy more. Her voice and style are impeccable and I recommend this CD without any reservations. The only disappointment for me, was that the CD was ONLY 33:09 minutes long and one of the songs "Tu Carcel" is performed twice, in ranchera and pop version. For the price paid, a longer CD should have been delivered. The other Shaila CD that I own (up to now) is "Recordando..." (I gave that one FIVE stars) and it ran for 46:34 minutes, which is a more acceptable lenght."
