Amazing Performance

"Kristen Wolfe Jensen is an amazing musical talent. This CD showcases her ability to perform any piece of music with a sensitivity and musical understanding that is just genius. Having attended many of her solo recitals in the Austin area, I can say that the way she plays on this CD is the way she plays live: ith complete mastery of the instrument. She is not afraid to play with passion, something that is lacking on many bassoon recordings. Her tone is rich and has a depth I have yet to hear from more famous contemporaries with larger record labels. Buy this CD even if your not a bassoon player, for it is just inspiring music, and inspiring to listen to, largely due to the woman playing."
